Updating an As-Built

Role: As-Built Implementor

As the As-Built Implementor, you are responsible for updating the As-Built record, adding supporting information, and assigning a Reviewer when the record is ready for review.

• Update As-Built
• Add Comment
• Add Attachment

Updating the As-Built record

1. Open the relevant As-Built record.
2. Select the appropriate action from the available options to add a comment, attach supporting information, or update the record.
3. When appropriate, select Update As-Built to update the model and drawing status.
4. Once the As-Built has been updated, the Assign Reviewer action will become available.
5. Select Assign Reviewer and enter the email address of the required Reviewer to assign the record for review.
   Once the Reviewer has been assigned, they can review the As-Built record and update its status or close the record when appropriate.
