Unassigned Stage

When new documents are added, they held within the Unassigned Stage.
Before a document or document pack can undergo a review, the following fields are required to be set:

  1. Review Time (go to article)
This is the desired time for which the review is to be completed within. Review times can be updated during the Unassigned and Under Review, review stages.

  2. Document Authors (go to article)
Document Authors will be those responsible for responding to any comments made by Reviewers. Whilst not mandatory to assign a document author prior to issuing the document for review, the document will not progress beyond the 'Under Review' stage without it. Therefore it is advised to assign an author to prevent any delay in the overall review process.
