Under Review Stage

Upon users being assigned as a Review Coordinator or Reviewer for a Document, this will start the review workflow, moving the document into Under Review stage and assigning review tasks to the users.
Users will be notified via email that they have been assigned a review task for the document so that they are aware. When logging into the system, users will also see all of their active review tasks within their 'Your Task View' page.

Reviewing a Document

As a Review Coordinator or Reviewer, to begin your review, click 'Review' against the Document or Pack.

This will open the Document or Pack in a new tab, where it can be viewed and comments made.
PDF and Excel files are viewable within the system viewer and can be annotated/marked up with comments.
Other file types can still be used and reviewed, but are not currently viewable in the platform.
