An introduction to our Documents Module Interface

Top Menu Bar

Module Selection – access to other platform module available to you. (00:05)
Project task view – where you can view all project documents available to you. (00:11) Your task view – which displays the documents to which you have been assigned a task. (00:18) Filters – filters allow you to filter for documents that match specific criteria. (00:24) Search bar – for searching document within the document’s module. (00:33) Notifications – where your task notifications can be viewed. (00:38) Module Options – showing your available options. (00:43) Settings – showing your available settings. (00:48)

Review Stage Filter

The review stage filter provides a quick way of filtering the documents table to a specific review stage. (00:54)
And also to filter directly to your outstanding tasks within a specific review stage.

Documents Table

The documents table lists the documents available to you.

Bulk Actions (01:26) - The table has associated functionality through row selection.

Table Configuration (01:31) - You can access table sizing options and the column selection filter from any of the column header menu, and each column is adjustable. (see updates: Releases 2025-05-23)
Table rows can be expanded to display additional information for a document.

Document and Workflow Actions (02:00) - On the right-hand side there is your link to open a document for Review, Response or just viewing and your available actions menu for each document.
