Follow Up Review Stage
The Follow up Review stage is the final interactive review stage which allows for the review to be closed out by all comments being addressed and closed, or forwarded to a newer document revision.
A document moves into Follow up Review stage upon either:
- An Author marking the response complete, with responses provided to all comments, or
- A later revision of the document is uploaded for review.
This will push the superseded document revision from its current review stage (inclusive of any existing comments), into Follow up Review to allow the closure or forwarding of comments made against the superseded revision.
Any comments still requiring responses can be responded to by Authors. Whilst comments that have already been responded to can be closed by either the Review Coordinator(s) or the Reviewer who originally made the comment.
There is also the ability for Reviewers and Authors to enter into conversation over a comment should it be required, this is via the thread commenting feature, where additional replies can be me made by review participants until satisfactory closure of the comment is achieved.
To access a document in Follow up Review, select the 'View' action against the document.
