Outstanding Comments

To easily identify any remaining open comments within a document or document pack so that they can be addressed and closed, use the Outstanding Mode filter within the document viewer.

Applying this filter will instantly filter all open comments from across all revisions of a document, allowing you to focus directly on what needs addressing.

For document packs, the filter works across all documentation and revisions within the pack.

When in outstanding mode, the comments are coloured pale yellow and contain an additional information (i) icon, which when hovered over, displays the document number and revision to which the comment applies.

Using the eye button will take you directly to the document against which the comment applies. If this happens to be a previous revision of a document, then the viewer will enter compare mode, opening the previous revision on the left and the current revision on the right.
