Raise Comment on New Revision

As a Review Coordinator or Reviewer assigned to a document or pack review, new revisions may be loaded before the review workflow has been completed. In these instances, open or unresolved comments can be re-raised against the latest revision if they have not yet been addressed.

Open the Document or Pack by selecting the ‘Review’ button.
Enable the Compare feature and select the previous revision. The two revisions will display side by side. Comments from both revisions will appear in the comment panel:

Blue – Current revision comments
Yellow – Previous revision comments

Locate the required comment, select ‘Action’, then choose ‘Raise Comment on New Revision’ from the drop-down menu. A new comment will be created against the current revision and automatically linked to the original comment from the previous revision.
Turn off Compare Mode.
To reposition the annotation, select ‘Action’, then choose ‘Edit’.
An edit window will appear, allowing the comment text or additional details to be updated.
Select and drag the annotation to reposition it on the page as required.
To move the annotation to a different page:

Select the annotation
Press Delete on your keyboard
Confirm the deletion
Use the annotation tools to redraw the annotation on the correct page

Select ‘Submit’ to save the changes.
