Assigning an NCR Action

Role: Action Originator

As the Action Originator, you are responsible for assigning Responders to progress the action to the next stage.

Available actions
• Assign Responders
• Close Comment
• Escalate
• Edit Action

Assigning Responders

1. Open the relevant NCR Action.

2. Select Assign Responders.

3. Enter the required Responder details and confirm the assignment.
   

   The action will progress to the Open stage, where the assigned Responder can provide a response.
