Creating a Pre-Construction RFI

As the Originator, you can create a Pre-Construction RFI, add supporting information, link related RFIs or documents, and assign RFI Coordinators.

Creating a Pre-Construction RFI

1. From the top-right corner of the screen, select Raise New Pre-Construction RFI.
2. Complete the required fields with the relevant RFI information.
3. Review the information entered and select Create to create the RFI.
   Once created, the RFI will be saved with a status of Draft. You can then use the available actions to update the RFI, add attachments, link related documents or RFIs, and assign Coordinators as required.
