Creating an As-Built

Role: Originator

An As-Built record can be created from an associated RFI or NCR. The Originator is responsible for initiating the As-Built process and assigning an As-Built Implementor.

Creating an As-Built record

1. Locate the RFI or NCR associated with the As-Built you need to create.
2. Select Actions, followed by As-Built Review.
3. Enter the email address of the required As-Built Implementor.
4. Select Add As-Built Record to create the record and initiate the As-Built workflow.
   Once the record has been created, the As-Built Implementor can update the record and assign a Reviewer.
