Features vs Role category

Below is a list of features in ATLAS mapped to what category of roles are required to enable that feature

Note: Roles in 1 or more categories may be required to enable a given feature. ex: In the example below, to enable commenting and reviews on 3D data, both ATLAS: and Assets: category roles are required.

All roles below (except System:* category) are applied at project/contract/tenant level.

Roles

Within each role category, multiple options are available for fine grained control on available actions for a User. The following roles are available:

Role Category	Role	Description
System	AIMS:roles.Sysadmin	System admins responsible for user management and creating groups. This role is applied at customer level ie: A user with this role will have it across all projects for that customer.
ATLAS	Atlas:Admin	ATLAS users who will be leaving comments, running workflows and uploading files. Admins can edit the asset configuration, templates and edit the project-wide admin settings.
ATLAS	Atlas:Creator	ATLAS users who will be leaving comments, running workflows and uploading files
ATLAS	Atlas:Viewer	Viewers of 3D data
Documents	Documents:assets.Roles.Admin	Document Review Coordinators who manage the workflow ie: upload documents or assign document reviewers
Documents	Documents:assets.Roles.Creator	Document reviewers and authors who will leave and respond to comments.
Assets	Assets:assets.Roles.Admin	Asset admins who manage the workflow, update asset configurations and publish changesets.
