RFIs, NCRs & As-Builts

EMT's RFIs, NCRs and As-Builts modules provide a structured, fully auditable workflow for managing requests for information, non-conformance reports and as-built records throughout your project.

These modules help teams capture and manage information, coordinate responses, track actions and maintain a clear audit trail from initial creation through to completion.

The workflows support collaboration between Originators, Coordinators, Responders, Implementors and Reviewers, ensuring that each record can be assigned to the appropriate users and progressed through the relevant stages.

The modules cover three key areas:

  • Requests for Information (RFIs)
RFIs allow project teams to raise queries, assign Coordinators and Responders, gather information and manage responses. Supporting documents and related RFIs can be linked to help provide context, while additional actions can be created to track further work where required.
  • Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
NCRs provide a structured process for recording and managing non-conformances. Records can be assigned to the relevant users, supported by attachments and linked documentation, and progressed through the workflow to support review and resolution.
  • As-Builts
As-Built records allow project teams to manage the review and acceptance of as-built information associated with an RFI or NCR. Implementors can update records and supporting information before assigning them to a Reviewer, who can update the status or close the record once it has been accepted.

Each workflow provides actions appropriate to the user's role, helping ensure that responsibilities are clearly assigned and that outstanding items can be tracked through to closure.

By maintaining a centralised record of queries, non-conformances, responses and as-built information, EMT supports project coordination, traceability and auditability throughout the project lifecycle.
