Accessing Asset Configurations

1. To access your Asset Configurations, head to the Asset Classes menu along the top menu bar.
2. From there select Asset Configurations. This will load the tree view of your current asset configuration baseline.
3. Click on the Asset Configurations button, to view all the available configurations. Here you will see a table of all the configurations that are available to you.
   The active configuration is defined as ‘Current’ within the ‘Set as Current’ column, and is only available to view, not edit. If you wish to edit it, set another baseline as current and make the edits and then set it as current again.

Your current configuration determines the asset classes that can be created and the structure in which they are held within AIMS.
