Fixed the RFI "Respond By" date field not displaying correctly.
Prevented comment annotations from being deleted without an associated comment.
Fixed reviewers being unable to be removed during the unassigned Delivery Plan stage.

Added a "Last Login" field to ATLAS User Management.
Activated Group Management under ATLAS Admin settings, with group listing, search, and add/delete.
User roles now apply at the contract level instead of the customer level.
Users with only the System Admin role no longer receive an incorrect 403; available-contracts endpoint now returns all contracts for System Admins.
Enforced project/contract selection where previously optional.

Added a "Merge Scans" action after scan completion to trigger automated alignment, with clear indication of scans that need manual alignment.
Un-merged scans are now excluded from the federated 3D model until merged.
Multiple scanning UX refinements: updated guidance grid and preview opacity, improved auto-align behaviour, faster merge processing, and clearer confidence indicators.
