New 'Assign Reviewers' Action

During the Unassigned stage, to assign Review Coordinators and Reviewers to documents, there is a new 'Assign Reviewers' action within the available actions list for permitted users.

This action supersedes the action under the 'Forward to Reviewers' menu button within the document viewer itself during the Unassigned stage.

Comment Number Search

At the top of the comments panel, a new comment number search field has been added. This feature allows searching for specific comment numbers against a document or document pack.

Outstanding Mode

Within the menu at the top of the comments panel there is a new option to filter the comments to only show those that are outstanding (open). This filters all comments from across all revisions of a document, and in terms of a document pack, again it filters the comments from across all documents and their subsequent revisions.

Compare Mode (update)

When accessing a document which has previous revisions, the compare mode now allows the comparison between the latest revision and any previous revision of a document. There is also an indication of how many open comments remain against a document revision.

When in compare mode, the comment panel no longer has separate tabs for the revisions being compared, rather the comments belonging to the previous revision are coloured in a pale yellow. There is also an additional information icon against these comments to indicate the document and revision number when you hover over the icon with the mouse cursor.
